On Sunday, CrossFit Syracuse held its Second Annual Weightlifting Meet. Six men and six women competed in the competition in hopes to help themselves reach their highest potential through weightlifting. Coaches, other members and competitors’ friends and family came to support and watch them lift. CrossFit Syracuse is located at 3030 Erie Blvd. E. in Syracuse.
