Syracuse ice hockey announces 2016-17 schedule
Syracuse ice hockey released its 2016-17 schedule Thursday and the Orange’s slate is highlighted by four games against teams that advanced to last year’s NCAA tournament.
SU returns 17 players from last year’s team, which won a program record 14 conference games and finished 19-14-3 overall. Syracuse won eight consecutive games before losing to Mercyhurst in the College Hockey America championship.
Below is SU’s full 2016-17 schedule. It will be the ninth season for both head coach Paul Flanagan and the program.
