McCartney played a few songs from “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” including “A Day in the Life,” the title track and mid-album deep track “Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!” The album celebrated its 50th anniversary this year.

McCartney said Harrison was an incredible ukulele player, so he started Harrison’s most well-known hit, “Something,” with a ukulele first verse that crooned into the signature guitar motif after the first chorus.

Legendary guitarist and singer Paul McCartney brought the heat to the Carrier Dome on Saturday. The 75-year-old delivered a high-energy performance that lasted from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. McCartney’s only break lasted about five minutes. From performing classic songs to telling stories from the road, McCartney gave attendees a night they won’t forget. Here are some highlights from the occasion.
