Syracuse (16-14, 4-7 Atlantic Coast) was dominated by Boston College (15-15, 5-3 ACC) 12-2 in the second game of the Orange’s first home doubleheader. The 10-run blowout was anchored by 10 runs in the final three innings from BC as AnnaMarie Gatti lost touch from the circle after keeping the Eagles in check in the early innings.
