No. 16 Syracuse (18-6, 7-4 Atlantic Coast) had a chance to win its first home game against a ranked opponent. But 30 points from Kiara Leslie and a combined 77 points from four Wolfpack players lifted NC State over the Orange. Tiana Mangakahia dropped 25 points and 10 assists while playing a season-high in minutes, but the Orange’s bench struggled and their energy down the stretch lacked in the 77-73 loss.
