No. 11 Syracuse (8-3, 2-2 Atlantic Coast) beat No. 18 North Carolina (7-5, 1-2) 12-9. Nate Soloman led Syracuse with four points, including three goals. Danny Varello also went 13-18 from the faceoff x.
