No. 21 Syracuse (1-0) opened its 2019-20 season with a 66-54 win over Ohio (0-1) on Tuesday night. After falling behind by as many as 14 points in the first quarter, the Orange executed a comeback and took the lead on a buzzer-beater by Taleah Washington before halftime.
