Start the week off right with a workout class to calm your nerves ahead of finals season. CuseCycle is an indoor cycling class that gives participants a full-body workout with high-energy music. Through cardio and strength training you’ll be sure to sweat out all your stress. Register here 24 hours before the class.

Listen to the Elders Speaker Series: Jamie Jacobs
Jamie Jacobs, a member of the Tonawanda Seneca Nation, Turtle Clan, will speak about his work as curator of the Rock Foundations Collections at the Rochester Museum & Science Center and the importance of oral tradition. Jacobs works as a ceremonial custodian in the longhouse of the Tonawanda Seneca, and officiates weddings, funerals and other ceremonies. He is one of the last in his community that speaks the Seneca language. Register for the event here.

Let’s Be Engaged: Create and Craft
Monday is both World Creativity and Innovation Day. Students who enjoy painting and coloring can go to the Schine Student Center to craft. Canvases, coloring pages and wooden crafts will be available. This event is a great break during your busy week studying.

Sense and Sensibility
Watch Jane Austen’s classic novel come to life at Syracuse Stage. “Sense and Sensibility” follows the Dashwood sisters as they leave their family estate behind. The show will open on Wednesday, but will run until May 11. Get tickets here.

Virtual Reality: Learn To Play
End your week with an introduction to virtual reality. In a one-on-one hour-long session, VR experts will show students things like tasks in Job Simulator and Mini Golf VR. Seats are first come, first serve.
