Ferguson began his career at Alabama, where he appeared in 13 games across three seasons, primarily at guard. The Fort Valley, Georgia, native transferred to FSU following his junior season with the Crimson Tide, when he was listed as the fifth-best interior lineman in the portal.

The 6-foot-4, 328-pound guard made 11 appearances with the Seminoles in 2024, including seven starts. He entered the portal on April 21, before committing to the Orange Wednesday.

Ferguson is the latest commit on SU’s revamped offensive line, a unit that recently lost tackle Savion Washington to the Los Angeles Chargers, tackle David Wohlabaugh Jr. to Virginia and tackle Enrique Cruz Jr. to Kansas. Ferguson joins former South Carolina tackle Kam Pringle and former North Carolina lineman Zach Rice as the Orange’s third o-line commit of the week.
