Four-star midfielder Garrett Sullivan has committed to Syracuse’s 2027 class, he announced on social media Tuesday. The Greenwich, Connecticut native is ranked No. 52 in the class, per Inside Lacrosse.

Sullivan is the fourth addition to SU’s 2027 class, joining five-star goalkeeper Moe Sobel and four-star midfielders Quincy Quillard and Adrian Sweeney. The haul brings the Orange to ninth in IL’s 2027 recruiting class rankings to pair with their fifth-ranked 2026 class.

He previously attended Rye High School in New York before transferring to The Salisbury School in Connecticut. Sullivan helped the Crimson Knights to a 13-4 campaign in 2025. He also plays for PrimeTime Lacrosse at the club level, an organization based out of Massachusetts.

Syracuse enters 2025 off the heels of a Final Four appearance but boasts a litany of seniors that need to be replaced in the attack and midfield like Joey Spallina, Sam English and Owen Hiltz. Standing at 5-foot-10, Sullivan has been praised for his quickness and two-handed scoring ability, giving him the tools to be an important contributor for the Orange.
