Festival of Frights: Face Your Fitness Fears Challenge
Working out can be scary. Face your fears at the Barnes Center at The Arch this month by attending four or more workout classes in this challenge. All participants win a Halloween-themed shaker bottle, and everyone who completes the challenge will be entered to win a yoga prize pack. The Barnes Center offers a variety of classes like pilates and HIIT workouts.

Sunset Cruise

National Coming Out Day: Chalk the Quad
Celebrate LGBTQ+ pride on Shaw Quadrangle in anticipation of National Coming Out Day on Oct. 11. Cover walkways with messages of support and pride for the LGBTQ+ community during the celebratory afternoon.

ASA Movie Night
Learn more about and celebrate Arabian culture during the Arab Student Association’s movie night. Relax with an informative film exploring themes of identity and human experience. Snacks will be provided.

Artist-in-Residence Studio Experience

Liverpool Public Library will host artist Jeanne Ulrich to talk about her artistic process and demonstrate making a piece of art using items she collects: beach glass, stones and shells. Ulrich works with natural items she finds along lakeshores in central New York.
