Syracuse University announced the selection of Vice Chancellor Mike Haynie to succeed Chancellor Kent Syverud as chancellor on Tuesday morning at the National Veterans Resource Center.

Chancellor Kent Syverud and his wife Ruth Chen at the event along with trustees and donors. Syverud, who will soon rep blue, not orange, is set to assume his presidency at the University of Michigan in July.
