Syracuse University has put its Sigma Lambda Upsilon chapter under investigation on March 12, according to SU’s Hazing Awareness Hub.
Both the SU chapter and the national organization did not immediately respond to The Daily Orange’s requests for comment. SLU, also known as Señoritas Latinas Unidas Sorority Inc., is a “Latina-based” sorority, according to its website.
