Class of 2027 quarterback Charlie Foulke IV has committed to Syracuse, he announced on social media Saturday. Foulke is a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports, from Glassboro High School (New Jersey).
Foulke chose the Orange over offers from Maryland, Georgia, Miami and North Carolina, among others.
The 6-foot-1 quarterback transferred to Glassboro for this upcoming season after spending his sophomore and junior campaigns at St. Joseph’s Prep in his home state of Pennsylvania. He threw for over 2,400 yards and 34 touchdowns this past season at St. Joseph’s Prep.
Foulke becomes SU’s second quarterback commit in its 2027 class, joining Justin Dixon.
