American High member Grace Reiter joins cast of ‘SNL’ for Season 52

American High sketch team member Grace Reiter has joined the cast of NBC’s Saturday Night Live Season 52, the show announced Wednesday.
Reiter completes the SNL ensemble along with comedian Saidah Belo-Osagie. The show’s first episode airs Sept. 26 at 11:30 p.m. EDT with special guest Jalen Brunson.
She began her career making TikTok point-of-view style comedy videos in 2019 and joined the cast of American High Shorts and College Life by late 2022. Since then, Reiter has amassed over 5 million followers across all social media platforms.
Reiter and the cast of American High, a Liverpool-based production company, frequently filmed on Syracuse University’s campus.
She has also appeared on HBO’s “The Chair Company” and wrote, directed and starred in the YouTube parody “The Hunger Games (but Better)” which currently has 13 million views.
In April, American High’s web series “Minimum Wage” was picked up by Netflix for a 28-episode run. The show stars Reiter, along with SU alumni Aidan and Ryan Micho and Julia DiCesare.
