Local standout Ella Parker has committed to Syracuse women’s lacrosse’s 2028 recruiting class, she announced on social media Saturday morning.
The attack/draw specialist, who attends Jamesville-DeWitt High School, has 97 goals and 430 draw wins in three seasons with the Red Rams. She’s SU’s seventh 2028 commit.
Parker helped Jamesville-DeWitt to its first-ever state championship game in the spring, tallying two goals and eight draw controls in the Red Rams’ 15-7 loss to Sayville High School in the Section III Class C Championships. The attack finished the season with 47 goals, 17 assists and 267 draw wins as J-D posted a 19-3 record.
She began playing lacrosse at age 8, per her recruiting profile. In addition to the Red Rams, Parker plays club lacrosse for Orange Crush in Jamesville. Standing 6 feet tall, she also plays basketball and volleyball.
Syracuse’s 2028 class is headlined by Inside Lacrosse four-stars Kaitlin Millett, Ava Ryan and Sedona Kaplan. Parker, who Syracuse.com also lists as a four-star recruit, adds more talent to the group.
