Syracuse women’s lacrosse earned a commitment from 2028 four-star midfielder Kaitlin Millett, she announced on social media Tuesday.

Millett is the fifth addition to the Orange’s 2028 class in the last six days, joining four-star attack Ava Ryan, four-star midfielder Sedona Kaplan, three-star defender/midfielder Addie Talbott and Watertown defender Mya Brown. Millett is ranked the highest of the five, per Inside Lacrosse, placing No. 35 in its 2028 rankings.

Millett hails from Cold Spring Harbor, New York, where she scored 25 goals and dished five assists last season. She plays alongside SU’s 2027 four-star recruit Olivia Mulada. They helped CSH to the Class D New York State Championship this spring. Millett also plays basketball for Cold Spring Harbor, where she notched All-Classification and All-Tournament honors.

The 5-foot-10 midfielder plays club for the Long Island Yellow Jackets, where her Bert/Maget group ranks as the fourth-best team in New York and the seventh-best squad in the country, per US Club Lax. There, Millett is teammates with Ohio State five-star commit Addison Kelly.

Millett, like Kaplan, is a draw specialist, and adds reinforcements years in advance to an Orange draw that won the fewest tie-ups in the Atlantic Coast Conference in 2026.
