Gallery: Rose Laying Ceremony and Remembrance Scholar Convocation

A large crowd gathered in front of the Hall of Languages at the Place of Remembrance at Friday’s Rose Laying Ceremony to honor those lost in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 on December 21, 1988.
