Syracuse football has landed another commitment to its 2026 class by adding three-star edge rusher Kamron Wilson, he announced on social media Sunday. Wilson hails from Miami, Florida, bolstering SU’s outreach into the Sunshine State.

Despite registering just six sacks across his freshman and sophomore seasons for Southridge High School, Wilson broke out as a junior. He notched 17 sacks and 118 total tackles in 15 games. Wilson now has one more season to prove himself before heading to SU in 2026.

Prior to committing to the Orange, Wilson received offers from 28 other schools. His offers included Atlantic Coast Conference foes California, Florida State, Georgia Tech, North Carolina and NC State. Still, he ultimately chose Syracuse.

Wilson’s commitment adds to SU’s already strong 2026 class, headlined by four-star edge Jarius Rodgers. He marks the Orange’s 13th commit in the class, which places 12th in the country, per 247Sports.
