Three-star 2026 offensive tackle Roseby Lubintus has flipped from Penn State to Syracuse, he announced on social media Wednesday. The 6-foot-5, 350-pound Sicklerville, New Jersey native is ranked as the 41st-best offensive tackle in the nation and 11th-best player in the state.

Lubintus adds to an increasingly loaded 2026 class for the Orange, which now ranks 22nd in the nation, according to 247Sports. SU secured its third-ever five-star commit in Calvin Russell on July 5, has two four-star commits for 2026 and now adds Lubintus, its 24th three-star in the class. His 88 247Sports rating is tied for fourth-highest among SU’s 27 commits.

Lubintus primarily stars at offensive tackle for Timber Creek Regional High School but also saw time at defensive lineman last season, leading the Chargers with six sacks. He was present at SU’s shootout victory over then-No. 8 Miami in November, where he had high praise for the Orange’s recruiting efforts.

“(Syracuse) really could be a possible home because Syracuse is different compared to other schools,” Lubintus told The Daily Orange. “They actually care about each and every person they talk to.”

Lubintus took an official visit to Syracuse on April 11 but committed to Penn State two weeks later. He decommitted from the Nittany Lions Wednesday and chose Syracuse over Florida, Boston College, Maryland, Michigan State and seven other schools.
