Hendricks Chapel is hosting a series of events this week to celebrate interfaith learning and allow participants to learn about diverse religions and spiritual gatherings. Events include a Buddhist meditation, Shabbat dinner and Catholic mass.

Zine Creation Workshop
Sponsored by Syracuse University’s chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha, this zine-making workshop explores self-expression while uplifting marginalized voices. Attendees will learn how zines, which originated within Black communities, can help to preserve overlooked histories.

Relentless – World Premiere
Syracuse Stage presents “Relentless,” a play by Rae Binstock about loyalty and legacy. The show tells the story of Monique Jeffries, a retired professional boxer and personal trainer, as she clashes with her former coach, Johnny, about the future of her childhood gym.

2nd Annual Homage to Black Wall Street Vendor Fair
The Community Folk Art Center will celebrate the legacy of Tulsa, Oklahoma’s Black Wall Street and educate audiences about its destruction in the Tulsa Race Massacre. The fair aims to support local businesses while fostering economic empowerment.
