Club Orange Barbell’s NFL Combine
Join the Orange Barbell lifting club for an event in the JMA Wireless Dome inspired by the NFL Scouting Combine. All students can participate in the 40-yard dash, vertical jump and more. After the drills, enjoy pick-up games like Spikeball and football. Attendees should wear athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes.

When: Tuesday, 5:30 to 11 p.m.

Price: Free for Orange Barbell members, $10 for other students

Westcott Community Center Farmers Market Pop-Up
Peruse a pop-up farmers market at the Wescott Community Center this Wednesday. Fresh produce, meats and other goods will be available, including from local vendors like Southwick Family Farm and Brady Farm.

“A Rebel Prayer”
The Syracuse University Department of Drama is presenting “A Rebel Player,” a musical about protest and loss. The show follows 16-year-old Nikita after her father’s death. When she is forced to leave Moscow, Nikita must decide if she’ll join a punk-protest collective.

When: Friday to April 5, various times

Green Lakes State Park Day Hike
Soak in the start of spring with a hike at Green Lakes State Park, presented by Barnes Center at The Arch. With scenic lakes and miles of trails, the hike is fit for beginners and nature lovers.

When: Saturday, noon to 3:30 p.m.
Where: Green Lakes State Park
Price: $5 for undergraduate students, $10 for graduate students

“Defiant Requiem:” A Documentary Film Screening
Sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Central New York and SU’s School of Education, witness “Defiant Requiem.” The documentary film focuses on the leadership and artistry of Rafael Schächter, a Czech conductor who was imprisoned in the Theresienstadt Concentration Camp during World War II. Special guest Murry Sidlin, a conductor and president of The Defiant Requiem Foundation, will be in attendance.

Second Chance Prom
If you want to relive prom, head to Schine Underground for a second chance, hosted by LGBTQ+ Resource Center and Student Experience. The theme is “Happily Ever After,” so your best fairy-tale attire is encouraged.
